DIY Hair Growth Masks II

We were looking at healthy hair masks that promote better hair growth. Here’s more to add to that list ☺

Strawberry Hair Mask

Delicious and pleasing on the eyes, strawberry is a favorite of many. Not only does it taste delicious, it can do wonders for your hair. Have oily hair? Strawberries to the rescue! Rich in Vitamin C, they do a great job at balancing scalp’s sebum levels and controlling excess oil secretion. They also balance scalp’s pH levels and leave your hair shiny, soft and really glossy.

Take a handful of strawberries and add it to your blender along with 3 spoons each of Honey and Coconut Oil. Give it a good whip, so the ingredients are fully blended. Apply the paste to your hair and scalp and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Rinse off. This pack will do for shoulder length hair, so take more if your hair is longer than that.

Remember: Even if you have oily or greasy hair, do add moisturizer (coconut oil and honey in this pack) to ensure it doesn’t dry out your hair or scalp fully. You don’t want dry or dull hair, after painstakingly preparing and apply the hair mask.
