Notes – For all Scrubs
You can use salt for exfoliation in all the recipes. If you plan to use salt, Himalayan Salt or Black Sea Salt is the best. However, Rock Salt or any other salt should do the trick.
You can use brown sugar, or refined sugar for the scrub. Just make sure it is not too fine, or too harsh on your skin.
You can add essential oils, or aroma oils for a spa experience at home. For Lip Scrub, make sure you choose food grade oils.
Those with delicate skin can stick to ground oatmeal for scrub. It is suitable for sensitive skin and also curbs inflammation or redness. If you think salt or sugar is harsh for your skin, just use ground oatmeal.
You can use an exfoliating scrub at least twice a month.
