How to use the Infusion?

Shampoo as usual. If you use a rinse-off conditioner you can use it, as well. Squeeze off excess water and apply the infusion to your scalp – shake the bottle before applying it. Massage for a couple of minutes and wait for a couple more before rinsing off. This can cause mild staining on white or light colored towels.

Tips to Tweak The Recipe

You can add your favorite essential oil(s) to this rinse for added aroma or benefits.

You can use fresh leaves when you can find them, or dried ones when you can’t.

If you have a hard time finding ingredients you can use other ingredients in the recipe and go ahead.

Dried powders are a little tricky to handle here. However, if you have no other option wrap it in a cloth and add to the vinegar mixture. The resulting solution will still be murky but better than when adding powders directly.

You can also use lemon or orange peels to the recipe.
