There are different ways to prepare this but am going with a simpler version for the first time. If you love the results, we will go an exhaustive but different recipe soon ☺ Now, onto the ingredients.

Ingredients

Matcha Green Tea Powder – 1 Tbsp.
Avocado Oil – 2 Tbsp.
Argan Oil – 1 Tsp.
Jojoba Oil – 2 Tbsp.
Shea Butter – 2 Tbsp.
Vitamin E Oil – 1 Tsp.
Rosemary Essential oil – a few drops.

Instructions

Melt the Shea Butter in your double boiler.

Once melted, add the Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil and Vitamin E Oil and let it cool down.

Add in the Essential Oil after a minute along with Matcha Powder.

Stir to combine.

You can refrigerate it for a few minutes instead of letting cool down too.

Take it out and whip for a few seconds for a luscious and fluffy hair cream – you can more oil or less – consistency depends on the butter too.

The consistency will be that of a fluffy hair cream that’s light to touch.

Transfer to a sterilized jar and use as needed.

How to Use the Hair Cream?

Take a small dollop and apply on your hair strands. Style as usual. You can use this 2 – 3 times a week. At least twice gives good results.

Why These Ingredients?

Nourishing and soothing this is ideal not just for dry hair, but also for dull and damaged hair. This can nurture your hair and bring it back to life.

You hair will be a lot healthier, stronger and look shiny.

Hair feels soft and grows healthier and better with regular use.

I prefer applying this to both my hair and scalp, especially at night. This isn’t weighing down my hair but if does, wash off in the morning. If you have dry scalp or hair, you can swap the Shea Butter for Cocoa Butter.

Shelf Life

You can keep this for a month or more depending on the shelf life of the ingredients you are using.
